Happy New Year! I'm a bit late tasting the results of my Christmas Ale experiment, but better late than never.

Tonight's holiday beer tasting is another seasonal release from Great Divide, the Chai Yeti Imperial Stout.

After adding bourbon-soaked oak cubes to a batch of Porter and patiently waiting a couple of weeks for it to condition in the keg, it was finally time to see how this beer was coming along.
